This year we have been working on the farm's entrance, located in Sarapiqui, Heredia, Costa Rica. It's a rainforest rich area, full of lush vegetation.

Our cacao beans are dried in a completely closed area on raised beds.

It is processed by hand and carefully selected to avoid flawed beans.

Special order of roasted cacao beans to be delivered directly at business in Louisiana, USA. This order was to be sent by air freight.
The cacao was carefully selected and packed in ecotact bags, hermetic packaging that preserves the aroma, moisture level, and water activity for the grains to remain in-tact.
